Year 5: Rise – How can we be mindful?

In our session with RISE this morning, we thought about how we can be mindful. We spent time being mindful, thinking about each part of our bodies and using our senses, we thought about the things around us. Next, we took part in an activity in our booklets called body mapping. Body mapping is where we spend time thinking about all of the different things we may feel when we feel big emotions.
