How and when to apply
Applications must be made online via the Gateshead Council’s website. Applications must be completed by the closing date set by Gateshead Council. Important Dates for September 2026 Admissions
| 8 September 2025 | The online admissions system opens for parents to apply at: www.gateshead.gov.uk/schooladmissions. |
| 15 January 2026 | Closing date for submitting applications. |
| 16 April 2026 | Email and letters are sent to parents informing them of the outcome of their application. |
| 22 May 2026 | Any places that become available will be offered from the schools waiting list. |

Year 2 – Map it out
In our art lessons, we have been creating different art pieces inspired by maps. We have drawn our own maps, used collage to create a relief map and created abstract stained glass maps. This week, we have used our ideas to design a map print that we will use for printing in the coming weeks.
