In our RE lesson today, we listed to the passage from Luke’s gospel where Jesus went into the desert to fast and pray and was tempted by the devil. We spent time reflecting upon the temptation that Jesus would have felt and how he found the strength to resist temptation. We then thought about our own lives and created freeze frames of situations when we have felt temptation and how, like Jesus, we have shown resistance.
