In our Art lessons this half-term, we are focusing on patterns and drawings inspired by our interfaith unit on Sikhism. In our art lesson this week, we have focused on drawing the Sikh symbol of the Khanda. Before we began our drawings, we spent time learning about each section of the symbol and what it represents for Sikhs. Next, we were careful and precise when drawing our own versions, ensuring we included each element with accuracy.
