This week in science we put our prediction skills to the test and experimented with celery sticks and cookies! First, we explored how coloured water affects celery leaves. We made our predictions on what might happen if we put stems of celery into coloured water and then we watched the celery stick absorb the water and the celery’s leaved turned blue.
We then tested if different brands of cookie impacts taste. We changed our variable (the brand of cookie), made predictions and then checked our results.
