What can we do to look after the planet? The answer is reduce, reuse recycle. We listened to a very catchy song before talking about what the words mean and thinking of matching actions. Reduce means using less, reuse means using something again and again, and recycle means turning rubbish into something entirely new. We talked about reducing how much water and electricity we use, reusing water bottles and shopping bags, and the different things we recycle at home. We also recycled rubbish into some fantastic new hand bags, microphones and ‘ticklers’.
