How lucky we were to receive another visitor as part of our ‘People Who Help Us’, topic. Dr. Emma is a special type of doctor who looks after women who are pregnant, or trying to become pregnant. Dr. Emma explained how she looks after the women in her care and some of the ways she brings babies into the world. She brought with her a baby inside a water filled balloon to mimic what a baby is like in mammy’s tummy. She then cut the balloon and delivered the baby, just like she does in real life.
