We listened to a story about a badger, Pete, who got very carried away while tidying up the woods he lived in. Pete tidied away all of the trees! This led to all sorts of problems in the woods, but Pete and the other animals fixed it by putting the trees back. That made us wonder about why trees are so important. We talked about how they give us food, provide homes for animals, prevent floods, provide wood and help us to breathe.
